Our journey begins with our very first meeting. From there, we carefully plan and design your project, taking care of every detail. Our dedication shines through when it’s time for those all important finishing touches, making sure you have the best advice and furniture.

Imagine how your Balinese paradise could come to life in your garden.

Where do we begin?

1. Initial Consultation

We would require a site visit to determine the location of the Bali Hut and discuss furniture and stone work.

2. Planning and Design

Our Bali huts are built to be under permitted development, however someone requiring larger huts would require a higher roof which would then need planning.

3. Planning Permission

We would work with the local architect to obtain planning permission on your behalf at additional cost.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the client to check with their local authority regarding specific rules regarding permitted development. THK Luxury Gazebos will not be liable.

Complete Project Management

1. Groundworks

Ground works will be discussed on the site visit and priced accordingly.

2. Electrics

Installing the electrical system in your Balinese thatched garden hut or gazebo is a crucial step in the building process. Our team meticulously plan and execute every detail in chronological order, ensuring everything is done to perfection.

3. Furniture and Finish

  • All thatched garden huts are finished with a coat of Osmo Teak Oil before hand over.
  • All furniture and stonework will be chosen during site visit.
  • We have a range of modular sofas or luxury deep seating sofas. These are not fixed into the Bali hut and can be freely moved around.
  • Resin tables and solid wood live edge tables can be chosen from a selection at the time.
  • Each piece is totally unique to every client.

We aim to give our customers straight forward transparent pricing for each of our hand carved bespoke gazebos, offering alternative furniture designs and configurations within a price range of £1900 – £2100 per M² inclusive of VAT supplied & fitted.  Once a site visit has been arranged we can sit down and configure your gazebo with your choice of teak furniture.

Our hand carved stone walls are priced at £1500 per M² for one side carved or £1650 per M² for both sides carved. Inclusive of VAT supplied & fitted.  For any other stone work, please don’t hesitate to ask during the site visit.

Please note that all ground works and electrical works are not included in the above prices. These are priced per job.
