Discover our exceptional range of thatch roof options. From the long-lasting Alang Alang roof, which can withstand 6-8 years of varying weather conditions and locations, to the durable Iron Wood Shingle roof with a remarkable 25-year lifespan.
While Alang Alang roof is perfect for sun-kissed areas, we do advise against it if your Bali hut is situated in a shady spot with limited sunlight or under trees that shed leaves. For a more rustic charm, you can choose to add bamboo matting as a visual layer before the plywood, weathering, and shingles are installed. Experience the authenticity of our roofing solutions.
All of our thatched roofs are fire-proofed to meet the BS476 Class 0 standards, ensuring that flames cannot spread.
As an extra precaution, we highly recommend keeping any naked flames, BBQs, or fire pits at a safe distance from our gazebos.
Additionally, our roofs are waterproofed using a breathable spray, which not only helps to extend the lifespan of the thatch but is also environmentally friendly. Your safety and the preservation of the environment are our top priorities.
